Assuming a Florida win tonight (a loss and they are still #1)

South Carolina only being to 3 tournaments is crazy

16 trips in 25 years and no final fours.
Yikes

Florida has switched from a football school to basketball school. Not meant to be a jab

It makes no sense. A mediocre P5 team should at least have stumbled into like 5 or 6 in that timeframe. *sigh*

Georgia with one tournament win in 25 years!

State being ranked so low when they’re supposed to be a basketball school is surprising.

I think your cumulative numbers are really high.. so I tweaked it a little bit..
The order doesn't change, but it makes more sense to me.. but that may not be true for anyone else.. I'm just weird this way.

It's not a jab at all, we'll never win anything big again in football under the current school administration.

It's just reality. Going .500 after 3 years at UF should never be acceptable.

I understand that, but you guys took some steps forward last year..
8-5 with that schedule was a victory imo..
Do a little bit better this year and you are in the playoff hunt..
If he does worse.. you go coach hunting..
Lagway is legit.

And on top of that our biggest football rivals make of 3 of the top 4 & 4 of the top 6

The drop for Texas is pretty big... and only Kentucky has been in more tournaments since 2015.
Yet 6 teams have gotten further in the tournament during that time frame.

Nice. For what it’s worth, when I compare to my formula…
Our 10-year rankings are exactly the same (even with Arky and Tennessee tied) except mine has Texas and South Carolina’s order flipped.
For the 25-year rankings, I have the same order except I have Texas and Oklahoma’s order swapped… I have LSU and Mizzou tied… I’ve got Vanderbilt and South Carolina’s order flipped… and I have Miss St and Ole Miss’ order flipped.
For both lists, my ranking and your rankings are essentially the same with just a handful of teams up or down a single spot… no team has more than a 1 spot differential.
If an Auburn grad and a Bama grad can basically come up with systems that spit out the programs rankings in pretty much an identical order… maybe they are pretty accurate :)

Most of Florida's points have come from their current run in the last 10 years.
