Priest Holmes - I rate him a 7 at Texas

Jamall Charles - a 7.5 at Texas

Xavier Worthy - an 8 at Texas

And there's more, I'm just old

All rate 10 at Kansas City

It's amazing what a new wardrobe will do for a fella. It had to feel good for those guys to get out of those diaper-shite outfits..

Up until this year Texas has had 20 years of suckage mostly due to bad coaching.

Your Jamaal Charles ranking is bizarre

He ran for more yards his Junior season at Texas than he ever did in a season with the Chiefs, plus he was hurt more often than not in the NFL.

I'm just going off memory. I remember thinking we don't run J. Charles enough at Texas, then 3 years later he's killing it for KC every time I turn on the TV.

And Priest Holmes (called Anthony Holmes at Texas) was just one notch above meh. And he effin killed it too for KC.

Priest had crazy injury problems at Texas. Still, he ran all over Nebraska in the first ever Big 12 title game to keep the Cornhuskers from 3-peating and gifting a national title to UF.

Dante Hall was average at A&M and became the "Human Joystick" in KC

It's not your fault your elevator doesn't make it to the top anymore.

The Kansas City Chiefs (Dallas Texans) were a charter member of the American Football League and have always been a 1st class organization.

Priest Holmes played behind Heisman Trophy Winner and all time NCAA rushing leader Ricky Williams for 3 years and missed his junior season due to injury.

After graduating from college, he joined the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 1997.

Jamall Charles won a National Championship as a freshman and rushed for 1619 yards as a junior, including 216 yards in the 4th quarter against Nebraska.

Despite skipping his senior year, Charles ranked fourth in the list of total-rushing yards by a Texas player, behind Ricky Williams, Cedric Benson, and Earl Campbell, with 3,328 yards.

He was drafted in the 3rd round by the Chiefs.

Xavier Worthy had over 1,000 yards receiving his junior year on a team that sent 6 skill payers to the NFL (3 WR, 2 RB, TE). He skipped his senior season to go to the NFL draft.

Perhaps you are more of a Chiefs fan and just don't watch enough Texas football?

Priest was injured in college and by the time he was healthy again a kid by the name of Ricky Williams had emerged as RB1. Jamaal was a starter as a freshman on a national championship winning team and likely wins the Heisman in 2007 if the team around him didn't suck.

I don't remember how good LB Derrick Johnson was at Texas but he was pretty good for us in KC.

Was Pat on GameDay at that time? Look at him in a tank top with a mic. And McGonaghey with a mic too?

I think Texas is the KC farm team. Which I'm good with that.

Charles played on some really bad KC teams, but he never lost that second fear. As for Worthy, he has Mahomes throwing to him and Reid calling the plays. He also isn’t going to attract as much coverage as he would in college where he might be the only true weapon on the field. I was super excited when he fell in the draft.

Worthy isn’t a “10” yet. But we are happy to have him

Johnson ran a 10.5 sec 100 M dash in HS. At Texas, he was a 2X All-American in 2003-4, Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year, and received the Dick Butkus Award and Bronko Nagurski Trophy, was a 1st round draft choice, and is in the College Football Hall of Fame.

priest was stuck behind williams at texas, who had 4,000 rushing yards and 52 rushing tds his last two seasons as a longhorn. when he got to the nfl, he was a raven the same time as 2,000 yard rusher jamal lewis. it wasn't until he went to the chiefs that he didn't have the guy blocking him from becoming the guy
