So, our weather for the game! Does the roof work now?

My weather app has said 3-5 and some showers on Friday. If it gets up to 40 on Friday it should be fine

So what the rest of us would call 6"?

I'm old enough to remember the 2011 Super Bowl and how the snow/ice was horrible for fans-- and ruined the odds of Dallas getting another Super Bowl for a long time!

Dallas is not a reliable warm weather site in January. Of course, neither is Atlanta. But both have sterile domes. Those places are like mausoleums, where the upper decks are dark and vanish from view on TV. Indoor football just plain sucks.

I wonder how this storm affects attendance...roads are going to be a shite show

The storm is forecast to be over with temps around 40 by gametime. Getting to and from the stadium should be fine…although Jerryworld and wintry weather have a checkered past.
It’s Thursday into Friday morning that could be a major travel mess.

Hope it makes tickets cheaper for me when I buy them Thursday night or Friday

Could be ice on the road after the game ends...I wonder if they move the game time up...
Does Dallas have salt trucks for stuff like this?

I expect they will get it figured out to avoid an embarrassment for the city.

If you do t think 6”+ of snow is not going to screw things up in DFW for more than 24 hrs I don’t know what to tell you. Snow might not be falling outside at kickoff but it will still be a shite show.

Would that be a …record?

If there is snow accumulation hell yeah it will mess things up
Have to hope that the high on Thursday is warm enough to not have a lot of accumulation.
