Wow, that is crazy. Seems like he wanted Florida the whole time but was tempted by the big Oregon offer.

Discussion on Oregon boards revolve around family situation. Apparently, his mom passed away not long ago and there is another sick family member. I hope the best for this kid and hope he kills it on the field.

I hope that's not the case. I was just reading the Oregon On3 board and they're saying that Florida hasn't given up recruiting him since signing day (tampering). Either way it sounds like the kid wanted to be closer to home for whatever reason.

Family situations, and his family wanted him to be closer to home, and UF has also been tampering and offering a good NIL deal. DJ Lagway has also been recruiting the kid as well.
