DeBoer.
Dude's almost been here a year. I think we can start spelling his name correctly.

No doubt about it, the weather is going to suck up there. I wouldn't be surprised to see it snowing. Honestly, having the team practice early in the morning probably isn't a bad idea.

That's asking an awful lot considering how gramatically challenged a lot of posters on here are.

Haven’t played well in hostile environments minus LSU. Hope they are dialed in.

Too funny.
Those red dotted lines are a dead giveaway.

I feel pretty good about a guy born and raised and both played and coached in South Dakota on top of coaching in the Pacific Northwest having a good idea of how to get his team ready to play in the cold.
Outside of precipitation I'm not too concerned about simple cold weather. Snow will present it's own challenges, but it's not like Notre Dame or Penn State play a bunch of those games either. Outside of the Buffalo Bills and maybe the Green Bay Packers no football program/organization plays enough snow games to truly have an advantage in terms of experience with it.

As late as 2024, I have seen "Sabin" and "Saben" around the internet.

Hell, the QB for Notre Dame is Mobile. Not exactly the coldest weather.

That’s true but I cannot imagine tackling Milroe in the freezing cold. The sting from him hitting you in the cold has to be miserable.

I was saying this today. The season was technically over this weekend. So unless you had another game up north, in an open air stadium you wouldn’t have experience playing in it. Maybe just living there. Notre Dame or PSU can give Alabama advice on driving in the snow.

I remember playing Penn State in the first Liberty Bowl in Philadelphia in 1959 and Coach Bryant said he was asking for volunteers to play late in the game. It was cold. Bama lost 7 to 0. Playing multiple games in cold does help to acclimate you. Most people are assuming we are in the play offs. I hope we are not counting our chickens before they hatch.

When has Milroe EVER hit someone. He avoids contact every chance he gets.

Lol
Sure he dives into a defender. But too often he goes down without a fight or runs out of bounds well before the first down marker
