Who's seat is hotter right now, Billy Napier or Brian Kelly's?

Napier was on the verge of being sent onto a death barge headed for the Devil's Triangle just a few weeks ago. His ticket's been pulled back momentarily and it appears he'll be enjoying the Gainesville scenery for awhile longer.
In the meantime, Kelly's Kitties have all gotten the mange since Ole Miss and have been promptly skinned alive at home by Alabama and cooked and eaten on the road by the Florida Gators.
At the beginning of the season, LSU was up, up and away and Florida was down, down into the sewers. Now, the script's been flipped for both.
Poor LSU.

They appear to be two different teams heading in two different directions.
BK seems desperate right now. It’s a weird vibe.

Unless our recruiting class falls apart, I don't think BK's seat is as hot as the fan base would like it to be.

Napier isn't getting fired, and LSU can't afford to fire BK.
So at this point, Pittman.

Napier has to stand at this point, his seat has burned to the ground.

Right now Napier is playing with house money and Kelly has lost the house, the farm, the car and his first born child.

One thing's for sure.. Kelly has always felt extremely forced. Feel like Napier, with more time, could get things going if he's given that opportunity. Kelly fits in just as well as his southern accent does.

About the same starting next season. Napier lucked out this season with Lagway showing promise after the Mertz injury.

Is this a real question

If BK is really on the hot seat and its not just a matter of fans being pissed at the way the season is going LSU is in some dangerous water. Its one thing for the fan base to be up in arms...winning will fix that with one win. Its another thing entirely for the powers that be to be up in arms over a disappointing season. Kelly may not be the answer but he is certainly closer to it than some as yet un-named phenom who may or may not stay the course. It would be surprising if the people who actually make the decisions are not fully in the BK camp. BK is a victim of success....its hard to remember how down LSU was when he was hired. No, he has not won like LSU fans would like but he did not exactly get the keys to a Ferrari when he was hired....

BK will get fired eventually. (1) Signing 5 stars out of high school doesn't mean you will retain them. (2) Even if you keep most of your good players out of high school are LSU fans willing to wait until 2026 or 2027 to be a natty contender? I doubt that seriously.

Damn what he got when he was hired. At a program of LSU's stature you shouldn't be this bad in year 3 especially nowadays with the portal. The truth is BK has made terrible missteps especially with his coaching hires since he's been at LSU. Firing and rehiring Blake Baker and Corey Raymond, hiring Matt House, promoting Sloan to replace Denbrock, etc. And, it looks like BK will be or should be in the market for a new QB coach and a new OL coach.
Oh, and I can't forget about BK's comments about he won't overpay for a players in the portal. How do you think that goes over with impact players in the portal? Opposing coaches are rightfully using such idiotic statements to recruit against BK. Ole Miss has 3 players Princely, Walter Nolen, and Trey Amos, who start for them who were in the portal and who would start at LSU in positions of need.
Another thing is BK has never had a job with this much pressure. The only job in the midwest that's on par with the top tier SEC jobs as far as pressure is Ohio State. ND is a kickback job compared to LSU.

If Billy beats Ole Miss on Sat he may get a raise and an extension. BK's washed up and gone.
