I guess all the talking head folks are discussing their predictions for Auburn so we might as well throw it out for discussion.
I’m sitting at 8-4. I could easily see 9-3 and/or 7-5. I would put 7-5 slightly in the disappointment category but if not 8-4 I lean more 7-5 then I do 9-3 at this time.
The pivotal games in my opinion are Oklahoma, Kentucky, and aTm.
My concerns are OL, the young WRs, and inexperienced depth at DB.
Feel free to drop record or player predictions below.
Let’s win the all!!! WDE

9-3 with losses to GA, bama, and one random we shouldn't lose.

After a 4-0 start we get a Oklahoma team that's just destroyed Tennessee (welcome to the SEC) and no they won't be overwhelmed by an away big-game day. They will however be overwhelmed on the field. That's the same day Alabama beats the shite out of Georgia in Tuscaloosa. Which we'll appreciate the next weekend when we're 6-0 and they're limping. We drop Missouri after the bye and coast through the remainder. Making a statement by winning the state both on the field and in recruiting. An almost perfect season.

I'm on paper saying 8-4 but wouldn't be surprised with anything between 6-6 and 11-1.

9 and 3. It will give Auburn the excitement needed to return us back to top Auburn form for the rest of CHF's Auburn tenure

This is a “maybe” season. So many maybes…
I have been disappointed by the OL chatter- and the uncertainty at DB can certainly hurt in the modern SEC. Of course I am no expert as I am only getting that info from this board. I also see the consensus among whatever article I read is that Thorne is a bottom tier SEC QB when compared to the other SEC QBs. Can he overcome the perception? Maybe. We shall see. Can young receivers make enough of a difference? Maybe.
I think with all the “maybe” statements 7-5 is my expectation.
I don’t know who we beat or lose to- feel we will beat someone we shouldn’t and lose to someone we should beat.
Honestly- I am excited to see it unfold but have realistic expectations based on where I perceive our recovery from the past 5+ years to be.
I will be in the stands for at least 4 games cheering whatever the outcome- just like in years past.
It’s always great to be an Auburn Tiger- regardless of how things change.

I think we go 8-4. We lose to Oklahoma, Georgia, Alabama and probably Mizzou since we have to go to their place.

9-3 is exceptional.
8-4 is progress.
7-5 is treading water.
anything else is trouble.
I'm floundering still on my prediction. Leaning 7-5 until I see some QB/Oline play.

Its my opinion that we were worse last season than we should have been. I now expect us to be better than we should be, even with the team slightly improving over last season talent-wise. So I'm going to be the dupe who predicts a 10 win season.
I believe Freeze isn't just a good coach, but a coach that can scorch the earth when he gets things rolling. I predict things start rolling this season and he will start his redemption tour.

9-2 going into the Iron Bowl with the understanding being that we are in the playoffs with a win.
