Two SEC teams I will pull for 2nd and 3rd to only LSU - discussion thread

The air hangs heavy with the scent of change, gentlemen. LSU, our beloved Fighting Tigers, will forever command our roar. But beyond the purple and gold, two other teams ignite a flicker of fascination in my soul this season.
Alabama. A whimper marked the end of the Saban era. They limped into the CFP, a ghost of their former dominance. Saban’s last "championship” in 2020 was drowned out by the thud of a woman's kicking foot and the eerie silence of cardboard cutouts. No, my friends, that wasn't the legacy Saban, or the passionate fans of Tuscaloosa, deserved. And lurking beneath the surface is Milroe – a question mark that perhaps explains the swift “no thanks” from Norvell and Lanning. It’s hard not to feel for these guys and wish them the best.
Missouri. An asterisk in the SEC, their addition was a mere punchline to a forgotten prank in 2012. Their arrival in the conference feels like a cosmic mistake, a team so irrelevant in history that they reside as a mere footnote on a dusty Wikipedia page. Yet, beneath this veil of obscurity, a different kind of tiger stirs. A silent feline, clawing its way up from the depths, its stripes unseen but its tenacity undeniable. A beacon of fortitude, humility, and passion, we can’t help but save a special place in our hearts for these men. They are poised for a place in the SEC, a change akin to a horse being castrated in an animal husbandry class.
Serious replies only. No trolling, please.

Nothing has changed for me. As long as it isn't at UGA's expense, Arky is my 2nd favorite and South Carolina my 3rd. I've said this my entire 12 year tenure here when this topic comes up.

1. OU
2. Texas’s conference opponent that week
3. Anyone who beat Texas the previous week
I’m only half kidding here.
Edit: OP did request serious replies, I apologize—South Carolina and Kentucky (in football) seem okay, everyone else has legitimate reasons to root against them. I don’t really consider Vandy an option here, but obviously I’ll root for them if they are.

I like to see Arky do well. A&M and Auburn don't really bother me either.

Changes every few years but here’s the current:
Would like Auburn to bounce back up a bit (this spot used to be Ole Miss but they’ve done enough lately, now see ya)
The other I guess would be UF right now. (And Vols are never an option here even when they were terrible)

Look at this fricking idiot.
Ending Georgia's 3-peat bid is limping into the CFP?
Stick to being a racist. You're at least good at that.

I’ve been thinking about this and I genuinely think NFLSU left you for another guy and you can’t stand it. He was your only chance to get out of the trailer park and upgrade your 56k. Now you’re running out of free AOL hours.

LSU - I mean, in their "GOAT" 2019 season, Tua started the game uncharacteristically sluggish due to missing a month of action. Once he shook the rust off, he balled out and even out performed Burrow in essentially one half. We can thank the injury gods because had Tua entered that game 100% and fully practiced, he would have upended the GOAT team that also struggled to beat Gus Mazlahn and Texas.
Then they run off and hire a videographer killing garden gnome to replace the cookie monster and sadly, Kelly's greatest accomplishment as a head coach (besides grinding on minors) is relying on the officials to beat Alabama once. Unfortunately, he's been nuked into orbit by Alabama in every other game and is currently losing the recruiting battle to "Husky Harsin". Of course, you can't help but feel sorry for Kelly because there's a 100% chance he won't be wearing yellow and purple in 2026.
frick all other teams with a gorilla dick.

2019 should have, could have, would have. Burrow could have scored another td at the end of he wanted to. Bama was not winning that game.

LSU fans dickriding Alabama. Water is wet.
To answer the question, real men don’t “pull” for a second and third SEC team. Very unsurprising that OP does.

Good on you. Most folks don't take pride in their parenting failures.

I'm just laughing at this comment...on this forum!
Anyway, I'll bite and give you a serious answer. I cheer for UGA. I wish nothing but doom, gloom and despair for all other SEC teams. The only time I cheer for an SEC other than UGA is when they are playing Florida, our most hated rival. That's JMHO.

LMFAO.
Show us on the doll where 2019 LSU touched you. It’s okay, you’re safe here.

LSU and Texas are my favorite teams/schools. Grew up in Texas but spent summers in LA at my dad’s house.

LSU and Texas fans blowing each other. Color me not remotely surprised.

For me it's always been Georgia and Tennessee, with Kentucky running close behind.
