Never saw an entire stadium go from victory parade to funeral procession that fast. I'll stay with "Gravedigger."

At least that DC is gone

No idea WTF they were thinking. It was Milroe's legs that scared me the most in that play.

Yeah. I remember when Auburn lost to NMSU with their first year head coach.

I also remember when Alabama lo La. Monroe with their first year head coach. And when UGA lost to vandy with their first year head coach.

First years can be rough sometimes.

But we are recruiting again after a 3 year hiatus and that will eventually pay dividends

True.

Auburn’s 3-year rolling average in the On3 Team Recruiting Rankings by Year:

2011: #11
2012: #7
2013: #10
2014: #11
2015: #9
2016: #6
2017: #8
2018: #9
2019: #11
2020: #9
2021: #13
2022: #14
2023: #17
2024: #14
2025: #11 (preliminary)

From 2010-2020, Auburn had 11 consecutive seasons of brining in a Top 14 class with an average ranking of #8.

Then in 2021 our recruiting class was ranked #19. It was #16 in 2022. And was #17 in 2023.

Auburn’s team last season was the least talented AU team since probably the late 1990s. There is zero excuse for a program like Auburn not to land a Top 15 class and it should be more often than not a Top 10 class. To go three consecutive seasons without landing a single Top 15 class is horrendous.

But thankfully, in his first full year of recruiting, Freeze was able to land the #8 class and his 2025 class is currently #9 in the rankings.

We’re still probably a year away from getting the level of talent we need, but it’s certainly trending in the right direction.

Yes.

They won. We lost.
It was not a good game.
They beat us like a drum.

As an Arkansas fan I’m not at Liberty to offer any criticism.

Remember when bama lost to USM? We can do this all day. Picking on little brother isn’t very nice.

And I was there when we lost to UAB.

I remember Alabama losing to UL-Monroe who arrived in Tuscaloosa Co. Public School buses
I remember Alabama getting shut out at home by Southern Miss
I remember Alabama losing to UCF. That wasnt Dante Culpepper either.
I remember Troy Edwards catching a "Gravedigger" for La Tech...Wait, they got you twice huh? Tim Rattay!!
I remember Timmy Chang.
I remember 4 coaches in 3 years...

I guess it could have been worse… like finishing an entire season without a win.

Any SEC teams ever gone 0-11?

3 touchdown loss at home to New Mexico st is probably one of the most insane scores of the last decade

It wasn’t even that close, honestly. They dragged Auburn up and down the field that day.

And yet it is still your most recent season. You were referencing games from the 1900s
