I would love to have a Jason Caffey or Roy Rogers-type on this team.

We got beat at home by UNC Wilmington. Oakland can beat us. If, big if we play defense we could go to the final four.

Carolina has Miss State and Bama in their draw. Would like to take out both to taunt the SEC.

Wish AU would have gotten the slot bama got. Would have been a cake walk to the elite 8.

You never know. Always interesting to see things play out minus SEC officials.

5 in the right, 3 in the left.
Cannibalism will occur, as they intend, in the right.
Just win.

I have zero expectations for Bama 's tourney prospects.

Actually, it's a pretty good draw for Alabama.
Bama has consistently put on absolute offensive clinics against teams like Charleston who play a very similar style -- ultra high tempo, lots of 3s -- but without superior athletes.
A potential St Mary's 2nd round game wouldn't be easy. But, of the 5 seeds, a defensive team that slows it down but doesn't have extremely athletic defenders on the perimeter to bother their guards like Sears and Estrada (who are more wily than overly athletic) isn't a bad matchup at all.

I'd love to have Alabama's bracket.

Kentucky has no excuses. Elite Eight or bust.
I dont think Kentucky can get through Marquette.
If Texas actually wins somehow, Tennessee gonna smoke us.

Uconn got screwed.
UConn is the top seed in the East Region. Unfortunately for them, that region also includes three other top-tier conference champions: Auburn (SEC), Iowa State (Big 12), and Illinois (Big Ten).
Three teams that made the final 4 last year.
Three top 5 Kenpon teams
Auburn is a difficult matchup for them in the round of 16.
They got screwed, NC got a much easier bracket as the 4 seed.

It is curious that AU as the 15 overall seed (3rd rated in the 4 seed line) is placed in the bracket with UCONN, the top rated 1 seed, whereas UA as the weakest seed (16 overall seed) in the 4 seed line is placed with UNC, the 4th seeded (weakest) team in the top bracket. This peculiar bracketing did not escape an irate UCONN fan base, which clearly has the toughest path to a championship run. Very generous bracketing for UA which should have been placed with the overall number 1 seed.
