Halftime shows have sucked since they went away from actual musicians who could sing.

Usher performance/wardrobe was “borrowed” from a Teddy Pendergrass concert in 1979.

THIS thread is why most men are CLUELESS when it comes to women. I had a big SB party at my place last night. Excluding the kids, there were 7 females who loved. every. second. of Usher’s halftime show. I’m not a fan, so I checked on the snacks and made sure everyone had beer/wine/drinks. It was a win/win all around.

I guarantee that some of you curmudgeons would prefer an “Up With People” halftime show over Usher. Meanwhile, your women will be with a guy who appreciates their love for a man like Usher.

I spent the halftime talking to Francois Mitterand and Helmut Kohl.

Great guys, fun to visit with.

Did you ever think you are right and everyone else is wrong about the halftime? Hmmm.

Did you see that very few people stood for that black national anthem? Your name says it all. Michael Jackson's halftime showed he could sing. Usher is nothing more than a figurehead like most of the recent SB halftimes that has sucked.

I have more female friends that said it sucked and i'm not that old.

You serving women while they swoon over a pop star.

Have you met a woman?

They all swoon. Over whom is the question.

I thought the show was good. Just above average for a halftime show.
(Maybe a couple of years from now it fades to average).

When I try to think of great shows, Prince stands up high.
I remember both U2 and Dr Dre as being great as well. U2 kind of cheats a little because of the 9/11 tribute.

Hank Williams for the win.

Hank why do you drink?

Hank why do roll smoke?

Why must you live out the songs that you wrote?

Over and over everybody makes my predictions.

So if I get stoned, I'm just carrying on an old family tradition.

If Hank sang that song then the whole stadium would have sang along.

It's not that they swoon.

It's that his playing server while they swoon.

That's them humiliating him and he isn't even aware.
