Was the weird part not meeting a dude and the topic of porn coming up?

Things that never happened for a hundred. Every actual LSU grad that ever hung around us was cool. LSU grads and Aggies get along great. The majority of oil bidness in Houston has Aggies and LSU grads working and socializing together. Our family ended up trading hunts at the our Texas ranch for Louisiana fishing trips…great friends.

Vanderbilt. I didn’t think they actually had any football fans, much less enough that would travel to an away game.

I recall being in Glendale AZ for BCS in 2011. An Oregon duck student questioned if we at Auburn had portapotties on campus. It suddenly to me “No we don’t. We have 10x14 ft air conditioned trailers with real lavatories to use.” He looked a bit crestfallen then.

I remember being obnoxiously drunk and seeing groups of Mormons just stare at me with a harsh judgy cult-like stare.

Never seen a culture clash quite like that.

well, they're a cult, so...

Not sure if this counts because neutral site

When I went to Charlotte this past year for the South Carolina/North Carolina game, a literal dance off and “rap” battle between UNC students happened right behind our tailgate.

It looked and sounded like a youth pastor club meeting.

I had a fling with a mormon girl that transferred to Tennessee and lived with her sister there. We did a maymester class together and there wasn't shite else going on in the summer so we started hanging out. She was very mormon but kind've a freak, she just had a strong line in the sand drawn and wouldnt let you go past that but up to that point was really into it. Her biggest problem she had with not sinning was she liked diet mountain dew. It was odd. She was super cool though. Fun summer.
Can confirm the diet Mt Dew obsession. I knew a couple Mormon chicks that lived in my first apartment out of college (one pretty dang hot, the other not as much but still doable) that wouldn't drink coffee but always had diet MD on hand..and that shite has more caffeine than 2 cups of coffee. Guess it's kinda cool they stick to their beliefs (neither ever gave up the goods to me or my buds) but also a little weird.

So inhospitable! Sounds like the Bama fans are as rude as Tennessee. They didn’t like it when a very young UGA took a dump on their brand new artificial turf years ago. They were really rude. Some people just don’t know how to be nice.

Penn State is heavily influenced by Jersey folk with no southern hospitality. Trash.

You all yay’d out on blow talking to a random Mormon dude you just met about porn hilariously reminds me of this scene in Airplane:

I wrote a rough draft of a play about a Katrina family who had been relocated to Salt Lake City years ago. There are actually quite a few of them who actually were . The difference between New Orleans and SLC are about as drastic as can be found in the western world. Curb Your Enthusiasm beat me to production though...a day late and a dollar short.

West Virginia. Surprisingly hospitable for games in Morgantown, but unashamedly trashy when they’re the visiting team

100% can concur.

The UCF fans last year were an odd bunch. Not necessarily rude, not friendly, no partaketh of food or drink when offered, just oddly seemed like they didn’t know how to interact as visitors.

How dare those assholes judge you like that?! What terrible people!

(If it's not obvious, I'm laughing at the irony, as the OP fixes his harsh and judgy stare on a group of people he calls a harsh and judgy cult, even while religiously getting together with his own group every Saturday for their drunken rituals.)

Virginia Tech fans were downright awful at the Chick Fil A kickoff game in ATL the year I went. (We played them twice there)

It was like a bunch of high school kids and they were all getting drunk for the first time that day.

Also the year we played Clemson in ATL there was a furry convention, Black gay pride gathering, Bama and Clemson fans all mixed up in Centennial Park. Will never forget that collection of humanity. It was like an Arrested Development episode come to life.

UCF fans were surprisingly terrible when I went down to Orlando to see SC play them in 2013. All of their students seemed like they were Guidos from New Jersey. Extremely confrontational. Funny enough SC ended up winning a hard-fought game 28-25 which resulted in the only loss for UCF that year when they went 12-1 and won the Fiesta Bowl.

We live here and obviously I'm a fan but have to agree. The most fun they have is chanting "Eat Shiite Pitt" over and over and over, even when they're playing another team. Frankly it's embarrassing.
