Toby gave us some good memories, and good songs. Dude was a heck of an artist.
He also was the first to sign taylor swift, so he had an eye for talent.
RIP Toby. ill drink out of a solo cup for ya

Toby sure loved coming to Lexington and lived at Keeneland!

Hate his music. In fact I hate all country music but he seemed like a genuinely good guy.... Even if he was a sooner fan. Rip

You mean the chicks? Thankfully there is no Dixie in them any longer. Not that there ever was to start with.

Loved his music, even though he took my girlfriend back in the mid-90s... Worked out for the best for the for both of us... May he rest in peace

That didn't have shite to do with it. He'd been battling stomach cancer for years.

Dude went all out for the troops. I managed his air transportation in Afghanistan. He was by far the highest profile star that came while I was there. He annoyed some leaders because he was demanding but it was all about getting the things he needed on location to o put on a real concert for the troops rather than just the normal half arse venture. He was awesome.

Everyone should be proud regardless of where they came from.
Toby Keith use to visit his grandmother on the weekends and the music scene in Fort Smith got him into music at an early age.
