So I take it you're not a resident of the state of Louisiana? I'm not sure you want to make that comparison, if you are. You sure better hope that coach with little D1 experience doesn't beat them Tigers this year. You do realize his team just played for a national championship, right?

Look, i have had some fun with the trolling but Saban built a 3 deep better than most team’s starters. I remember the talent still at LSU when he left. Bama will still have plenty of talent to put out on the field for the foreseeable future . No they won’t have the depth and injuries might hurt more but they still probably have a higher star rating than everyone but Georgia

I believe you are trying to convince yourself as well but I have history on my side. Besides that, every talking head on the radio is singing Deboer's praises as well.

It was always going to be if you hire an air raid guy.

Yea bud the whole arrogant, condescending, overly confident thing doesn’t really work with DeBoer as your HC. You’re more worried about DeBoer consistently being a top 4 coach in the SEC west than I am about him beating us on a regular basis going forward, I promise.

Would Washington have played for a natty this year if they played in the SEC west? Little sad for big bad Bama to be hanging their hats on a guy getting blown the frick out by 60 points in the national championship. Y’all are falling fast

Current players are not going to go to Alabama because they used to be good and they used to have Saban. That’s what these folks are about to find out.

Except in the case of Nebraska.

Oklahoma is much more likely to become the new Nebraska.

And Texas is likely to become an ugly sister version of Tennessee.

There’s more truth to this than any of their fans will admit. Gone are the days of kids from California and Florida moving across the country to reside in shithole Tuscaloosa for 3 or 4 years. The only city in the SEC west that’s less desirable to live in is Starkville, and Starkville is arguably better than Tuscaloosa too.

wtf? have you been to Tuscaloosa within last 5 years? the area around the school and downtown is nice AF. some of yall just make shite up.

let me guess...oxford sucks too huh?

me tell you...LSU is nice but BR frickin sucks except the burbs.

Same. Have lived in Tuscaloosa for 10 years as an LSU fan and it is an ideal place to raise a family. Well, minus all of the Bama fans of course.

10 out of Bama’s 14 games last season were competitive…

Michigan
Texas
Georgia
Auburn
Tennessee
Texas A&M
Ole Miss
LSU
USF
Arkansas

They went 8-2 in those games but were probably lucky to not have 3 or 4 losses. The only ones that weren’t close were to two OOC cupcakes, Kentucky, and Miss St.

Considering all the Bama losses, the change in personnel, and the harder schedule, I think 3-5 losses is likely. Who knows, but making the Playoff is certainly not a guarantee.

Bama will fine regardless they have nothing but 4 and 5 star players even at 3rd string . Now they will not be the same Bama . They’ll lose between 2 and 4 games next year
