You don’t get to talk you’ve got to witness multiple cardinals championships. I’ve only ever got to watch one championship from one of my teams in my 28 years of existence.

Was complaining about that yesterday, though I’ve seen a few titles in my life…I need some more recent ones, especially with the Cowboys and Hogs.

Mid 90s were a great time for you

Being older I suppose I'm luckier than most on this board.
Arkansas Football 1964
Arkansas Basketball 1994
St. Louis Cardinals 1964, '67 '82 '06 2011
Dallas Cowboys 1971, '77 '92 '93 '95.
My only hope is an Arkansas Baseball Natty before I leave this earth.

Arkansas basketball 94
Pistons 2004
Chiefs ‘19, ‘22
Wasn’t old enough to fully appreciate the hogs basketball title though. Pistons are kind of a mild favorite team, since I’m not a huge NBA fan overall. Picking the Chiefs has paid off greatly over the past 6-7 years though. That ‘19 Super Bowl felt like it made up for all the Chiefs/Hogs sports pain over my life

Basketball in 94
SF Giants in 10, 12 and 14. Went to two of the Giants parades in SF.
Sad to see what’s going on in SF now… struggling to find their identity just like a lot of people in the Bay Area apparently.
Great to see Bochy get another title… total baseball guy.

Razorbacks
Cubs
Cowboys
Ducks
Mavericks
Yeah.... at least 2016 was fun...
In all seriousness I'm not sure I can complain much. It's been dry lately but I was old enough to appreciate Dallas in '95 and got to watch the Ducks take the Stanley Cup Final to 7 games in '03 then win it all in '07. Dirk's god run in the 2011 playoffs leading to his ring was incredible. Obviously Chicago in 2016 felt like 5 of my teams won championships at once. I think if the Hogs could manage a baseball natty I could ride off into the sunset fairly happy, but the current state of my teams is not great at the moment outside of maybe the Mavericks. Though the NBA barely even feels like a real league at this point and I've largely checked out.

Hogs basketball in 94 - I was 8 years old but still watched it, didn't really understand the magnitude of it at the time though.
Denver Superbowls in 97, 98, and 2015. All 3 were very memorable games/moments for me, since then I've lost pretty much all interest in the NFL.
Doesn't look like I'll see a championship any time soon for any of my favorites

Bless your heart. The last championship one of my teams won was the Redskins in 92, and I wasn't even in country to enjoy it.

We are allowed 1 big3 sports natty every 30 years. Football, nope. Basketball, very unlikely. Baseball? It’s your turn baby.

As great as they were in the 90’s, I felt like this years choke jobs were payback.
Braves best record and roster in MLB, lose first series of playoffs.
Cowboys won 12 regular season games again, garnered the #2 seed and got blasted.
Razorback football and basketball totally shite the bed.
I didn’t list Razorback baseball. Figured that was a given. Maybe they can right my ship this year.

I have YouTube on my tv and happened upon a video called Ambush in Austin 2003.
It started off with Paul Eels interviewing Nutt and showed the game and after game interviews plus the highlights of the Alabama game we played afterward.
It was a snapshot of what we used to have and the heart the program had.
It’s a great watch, I can’t link it, my apologies, my iPad won’t cooperate.
Good times back then.

I believe we proceeded to go 5-6 and 4-7 the next two years.

Thet was the beginning of lowered expectations in football. Previous coaches would get fired for consecutive losing seasons.

I'll pass on going back to that.
