My rub is the committee saying the first two slots, undefeated conference Champs and undefeated records matter. Next two the requirements change. If we are going by best teams, Bama and Texas are 1 and 2. UGA and Michigan 3 and 4. Probably OSU 5. It's moving the goal post for what they want.

Strength of schedule matters.

We blasted Michigan all year for looking like Tarzan while not playing a team with a pulse until Week 12.

FSU finished with a strength of schedule 22 spots worse than Michigan’s. Let that sink in.

The SEC almost being left out makes me question if Daniels was really Heisman good this year, especially when LSU is arguing the SEC is down and Bama is undeserving.

Remember it was the ACC commissioner that shot down the 12 team playoff last year. Zero sympathy for them.

Give him credit. He hasn't changed his team logo to Mythagain like those other boog retards.

What “they” want is the ACC to collapse, leaving CFB north (Big 10) & CFB south (SEC). This is a huge leap towards achieving that goal.

I mean the bottom line is that what they really want are compelling storylines and football games between 4 top 10 teams. FSU was not going to provide that with their QB situation. Just because you can't assume one team will lose to another without playing the game doesn't mean you have to look at all games as coin flips. We all know better than that.

The committee fricked up by not dropping FSU behind Texas and Alabama after they played Florida and it was obvious that this wasn't a 2014 Ohio State situation where the backup QB was going to come in and light it up. They do that and it signals that FSU only gets in if Texas and Alabama lose, which is obviously what the situation was. So why go through the farce of ranking FSU ahead when literally nothing they could have done was going to change anything? They try so hard to appear consistent until a gun it held to their heads that they just end up making themselves look stupid.

Agree. If we are ranking best teams, just come out and say it. I would have 1. Texas 2. Bama. 3. Michigan. 4. UGA.

Crazy that the best team played by far was a 3 loss LSU team that hadn't figured things out on offense yet.

They fukd around with the PacWest teams - Oregon - Washington - then throw in Deon's Colorado team for the story line value.
Big10+ is always overrated. Michigan played nobody. Texas finally has a coach that didn't shite the bed like usual. tOhio State that also drops a game every year. The ACC also sux this year.

UGA beat Oregon 101-0 last year. About the same as LSU did back in 2011. Everyone says the SEC is down, but they are still way above the other conferences top to bottom.

Have hated the committee from day one. The championship was Saturday night. To me, Georgia is the one getting screwed. They are one of two best, not just four.

You think Washington beats UGA? I do not. I also don't think Washington should be at 2.

well then give them your spot and let them battle it out with Texas for top dog

surely you don’t think Alabama should be in the top 2 over Texas, a team that mercy kneed you at BDS and won by 10 points..

Shirley, you can’t be serious..

as Georgia found out and Texas probably will too, you might beat Nick Saban once, but it's likely you're not going to do it twice.

I hate the stupid hybrid of “Best” and “Deserving” they came up with.

Go with either the 4 best teams: Michigan, Bama, UGA, Texas in any order.

Or the 4 most deserving teams: Michigan, Washington, Texas, and FSU.
