Did GA limit their offense by playing injured receivers?

Just a thought, would the offense have been more productive if we had not played Bowers and McConkey as much and played younger guys who were 100%?

It might as well have been 10 on 11 when Ladd was out there. Love the guy, and his heart and toughness should never be questioned, but he should not have been on the field yesterday.

I don't understand why CJ Smith didn't get more run

The game was lost at the line of scrimmage, not the receivers.

Beck and Kirby both said that Bowers and McConkey hadn't practiced in 15 days, for whatever that's worth.

While the injuries didn't help, the less than good LOS play hurt a lot.

This comes down to do you trust Kirby to make the best decisions. I do.

Absolutely. More Bell and less Ladd would have been a good thing.
Some is on Bobo, but as much as Beck does a good job of spreading the ball, he locks in on his more trusted his a bit too much in higher leverage moments.
He's good enough that he needs to understand that he's the guy in those moments, more so than even Bowers.

This is just the new bitch of the week.
How many games have we won with 70% of a player out on the field?
How many games have we won with 70% of multiple players out on the field?
If you are going to bitch about the culture after a loss, then you may want to look at that same culture of the previous games/seasons.
What is the trade-off on culture worth?

This isn't black and white. A great anything will make mistakes, and trust doesn't mean you forfeit your own opinion.
Everyone trusts Kirby, but I wouldn't be surprised if he thinks those guys weren't as ready as everyone thought.

Bowers and McConkey earned the right to play but they should've been used sparingly. Our other receivers should've been more involved. I formed this opinion thanks to hindsight.

Not a bitch, just a question. Yes, games are played at 70% but when you have foot, ankle or knee injuries, you limit speed, cutting ability, etc. If they didn't practice during the week, could the timing between them and Beck have been off. Practice is where the game plan is installed. I trust Kirby 100% but coaches are human and they make mistakes.

Of course coaches make mistakes.
Isaiah Wynn at LG?
Tyler Catalina at LT?
Owen Condon starting at RT?
I'm not talking about personnel.
I'm not talking about scheme.
I'm talking about the culture. Resiliency. Toughness. Connection.
These complaints are in direct opposition to the team dna traits.
You don't shut that off. Especially in a playin game.
frick with the culture.
Find out the results.

Dillon Bell and Jack-saint have Been lights out lately. I’m not a coach, but I kept on saying to everyone I was watching with we needed to get them more involved. Especially Bell. A bit tired of the toss sweep too, that shite got old. Mims going out early hurt. Is what it is. What a run! Time to start a new streak!
