It will depend which of our defenses shows up. The defense had been improving prior to A&M, playing physical and getting a lot of sacks and TFLs. And then A&M blocked the kick and we reverted to early season form, allowing a mediocre A&M offense to run up and down the field. If that defense shows up, this game is going to get ugly real quick because Georgia will come out hyped up and definitely won't be overlooking us. They'll score on their first 4 possessions or whatever and the game will be over before halftime. If we can weather the initial storm and give our offense a chance to get its bearings, we might be somewhat competitive. But that's the best case and I don't really think we have any chance to win.

I feel like if Ole Miss can get ahead by two TDs then Georgia will have a hard time catching up. But if Georgia gets ahead by even a touchdown then the mental aspect will be huge.

As much as I would like to see Ole Miss go into Athens and win, this feels like one of those games that Kirby scraps the fancy game planning. Just takes the first 3 drives of the game and punches them in the chest repeatedly at about 14 plays each and runs it right down Lane’s throat to take the life out of them. This feels like 38-13 UGA. Ole Miss has no chance. UGA just don’t lose these type games.

Wow! You must be a sore loser to think Ole Miss and Lame Kiffin is really going to lay an egg in this game.

Well, this is not true. Its 3-2 in favor of UGA.

Georgia has another gear that they shift into when they need to. I don't expect a close game.

Great to be in control of your destiny.

Great to have meaningful football in November. A home night game makes it that much better.

Do you even 2nd Half Georgia, bro?

We've made more key adjustments to close games at the break than any other CFB outfit I've ever seen. That said, I believe the Dawgs will be appropriately up for this final game BTH this season.

I was going to say that. OM needs a 2 td lead at halftime just to have a chance to win this game. UGA is light years better in 2nd half than in the 1st through most games this year.

Ole Miss is going to get their points. You might shut down the run but here comes the passing. Shut down the passing and here comes the run. Early in the year, I would have called their defense middle school level but they have vastly improved. The question is how many points can Georgia get. This might be a game like their A&M game was Saturday.

Meh, we've got a "puncher's chance". It'll certainly require us to play a absolutely complete game in all aspects. If Georgia lets us hang around into the 4th, then it could get really interesting.
