I caved and signed up for Yea Alabama. It asked if someone referred me and I said “Nathanael Justin Oats”

The weekly half hour huddles with players are great. And it’s definitely for a good cause.

I’m excited for it. I’ve been considering it since it came about and did a few other NiL related things to help support. With the amount of time I spend and the joy over the years the program has brought me it’ll be good to feel like I’m contributing even if it’s a small amount.

What does anything he say have to directly do with politics

Losing the game sucked, but that dunk will always make it sting a little less. Aside from the fact that somehow no foul was called

That's what hypocrites do they talk out both sides of their mouths lol

Well according to him ONLY football is to be discussed on this board. He gave his opinion on something other than football which to some people would assume his political affiliation. This is football only so none of that here.

Hopefully going forward our fanbase will no longer panic when a job comes open. He turned down the best job in CBB to stay. He is locked in with the Tide.
I will still be nervous when Izzo retires.

after watching the ncaa tournament Alabama needs to learn the art of a moving screen. Its not really an art though. Just do it. They just do not call that in the ncaa tournament.
And, we need a post player that can rebound and hold his ground when they let a huge big man just back his way in to the goal. The rules committee needs to either enforce too much time in the lane, or get rid of the rule entirely.

Im always anxious... But what would really help my nerves is hearing more about our possible in-roads with Ballo. If we land him and somehow manage to get Sears/Wrightsell/Nelson/Griffen back along with this freshman class.. Watch out!
I am afraid we are losing Nelson for sure, he peaked at exactly the right time for us and for his stock.

They have to do something about the shuffle hedge screen. The one where the center comes out and just moves back and forth in front of the defender as the offensive player works behind him.

Ehh, i dont think he showed enough to make the jump to the NBA. He struggled a little against bigger post players and his 3pt% isnt where he wants it to be. Both of those things greatly effect his draft stock.
He said right after the tourney that if he doesnt go NBA then he wants to be back at Bama.

I don't think he is ready either and could skyrocket with another year... But he is projected late 2nd in most mocks now and he had really good performances against Klingan and Bacot.

If next year's draft pool is bad, Nelson will return to college, but since next year's draft pool is very good, he will have to make a difficult choice.
