HaHa - that's where it came from - a lady at work called me that when I came back to work....
A little over 20 years ago I was run over while standing in my front yard by a guy who already had 7 DUIs - this was his 8th. He didn't have a license but kept driving without one. He was a 62 year old bum with a ponytail who lived with his mother. I pressed charges, went to his trial (he fell asleep in the courtroom and was snoring loudly) and he was sentenced to a few years in jail. But while awaiting his trial, I saw his car at a bar twice and saw him weaving down my street at 2 a.m. clearly drunk driving. I'm sure if he's still alive and out of jail, he's driving drunk.

Beautiful launch - huge crowds for that time of day - the two boosters that landed back at KSC were ~10 seconds apart - first sonic boom was loudest I have heard from SpaceX - like watching science fiction.

Until March of this year, I had a truck for 40 years and loved them. But I sold my boat in 2024 and am now 72 years old and just don't need a truck. I traded my 2019 F-150 super crew, LWB, 5.0 for a Toyota Corolla Cross, non-turbo, non-hybrid 4 cylinder. It is ridiculously easy to drive and park and gets 35+ mpg around town. Drove it to Slidell a couple of weeks after I bought it - while not as comfortable as the LWB F-150 on the road, it was fine.
Wifey drives a Lexus ES-350 so we have all the vehicles we need.

I've read all of Clancy's books - all good reads - Without Remorse is my favorite.
