WHy would they fire him, seriously. Everyone knows he is a shitty coach who does not do the work required to be successful at a high level but recruiting is good and their starting QB has been out most of the season. Then there is the buyout. I get the frustration, he is indeed a lousy coach, but they knew or should have known that when they hired him and certainly knew it when they extended him. I bet he gets at least one more season and if that one is an 8-4 season he may get another....

…so to be clear, A&M is keeping their bad coach in part because he is their best chance of beating a surging Texas next season?

Aggee has a favorable schedule next year. They miss UGA (again), Bama, Ole Miss, and Tennessee. Get LSU at home. Whatever they can keep of that big 2022 recruiting class will be juniors.

If Jimbo doesn't break out next year then time to make a change.

So dumb. At A&M, Texas, Bama even LSU...the buyout money is always there...just a matter of desire and other considerations.

Anyone who argues otherwise is a retard.

Jimbo will get it turned around. He will learn from this season and have them back in the mix next year.

That clown Sharp was born to run a small town State Farm agency out of his house, not a university.
