Whats amazing is that people are going to argue that theres NO WAY DK didnt do this without a completely rational and logical reason for doing it...aka "racism" of some sort.

Because he lost his mind and was utterly fixated on past resentments. He was doing nothing more than lashing out at old memories and what he probably thought was an attack on the university itself given the area he shot up was his former stomping grounds for his PhD. He was just shooting any random people he saw and his state of anger and delusion.

Ella Cook was merely in the wrong place at the wrong time and he had no idea who she is/was.

Actually the removal of his profile increased the attention on him because it was so weird.

Despite this, they still never unequivocally denied/cleared him as a suspect.

All they had to do was provide extremely clear language that he was without a doubt NOT the suspect along with some other piece of evidence backing it up and it would have been done.

What did we get instead? Silence, vagueness, and misdirection. The president even claimed to have "no clue" his name was even scrubbed.
