Must be a horrible sprain if he's getting surgery on it. Luckily Lee has been a lockdown CB so far and we should be getting Pritchett back this week and hopefully Kaufman back soon too.

Dang, hate it for him. Does this mean a redshirt and he can come back next year?

I would presume he would qualify for a redshirt (medical or otherwise).

This is the surgery that Tua had a couple years ago to play in two weeks, they do something to fix the tendon in the ankle that causes it

Yea. This means he can come back faster than just dealing with it.

Is there added risk? That may be a stupid question but I'm not used to hearing both "sprain" and "surgery" in the same sentence.

Damn it! I was told by the resident idiot that no one was injured and Deal was the only one banged up that would affect future games.

We need a punt returner that can catch.

I quoted Freeze "nothing is severe"
