Milroe would look much better passing if we could protect him.

I agree somewhat, however he has to see open guys so they arent having to try to pass block for 10 seconds

You guys remember when we ran the ball well in the first quarter?

Those days were fun.

I wish Milroe was Shadeur Sanders

Maybe we should put Buchner in behind Milroe to tell him where to throw.

The OL isn't playing lights out by any means, but Milroe running directly into the hands of defenders isn't helping.

Milroe is just not a pro style drop back make a read QB... We should just let him run around and play manziel football... He looks more comfortable doing that.
I agree.

We need to run with him more.

But idk what y’all want him to sit back there and read. There is NO time.

bring out the two TE sets and get matchups on Dipree and Niblack

Agree!..
I really dont understand why we did not come out with this as our base set. It gives us max QB protect and allows our running game to me more productive.. Texas is just playing zone on all 3rd down passes and keeping eveything in front.

I truly wanted this Milroe thing to work out, seems like an awesome kid, but he goes absolutely batshit between the ears under pressure. He cannot make the right decision about 90% of passing plays. His proclivity to making poor decisions heavily outweighs his athletic ability. We have to try Buchner or Simpson, don’t we?

I didn’t get why Milroe is getting timid while running. He keeps running out of bounds when they’re yards to be made.
I get that last one was because of time .

Of course, the discouraging thing is the thought that maybe we don’t have a better option at QB.

They’re getting smashed because there’s no threat to pass

That play was a designed run. Watch it again Seth was already down field blocking..I think the OL was not on the same page

It literally could not be worse at the moment.

Guess Texas' defensive line got tired of hearing about our O line being bigger than the average pro line.

Or maybe our offensive line has lost confidence in 4.
