It will kill conference championship games if we’re in the top 10 before the game and fall out after it. Yup why play an extra game vs a top 10 opponent where the loss kicks u out of the playoffs. As great as a conference championship game sounds. Boosters and other $$ ppl ain’t paying for an SecCG appearance, it’s all about the playoffs. Last year the committee seemed to understand that and made the verbiage clear, not optimistic about this yr I guess we’ll find out as long as cow shite college don’t eff it up

If we beat auburn and that fricking rabbit voodoo but lose to a&m we’re 100% getting left out of the playoffs. Behind notre dame is an easy giveaway + the dumbass reasons they’ve come up with and the language being used vs last year. Hopefully win out and doesn’t matter or chaos but Byrne and Sankey better be ready. Potential tipping point for conference championship games.

That’s kinda the problem though. He’s been “just fine” for multiple games now. Not saying he should be replaced by Mack or Russell but the downward trajectory is obvious to Stevie Wonder.

The only way is if they lose in the SECCG, committee’s shown championship games don’t matter. No way they put a 3 loss regular season team in over a 2 loss ACC or Big12 team even if everyone thinks the 3 loss team is better. Even as a Bama fan we wouldn’t deserve to get in especially if those 3 losses were to a shitty FSU team, good Oklahoma and shitty Auburn.

Interesting video but impossible to know how much these dudes are getting. Agents/Reps are going to inflate the numbers, other parties are going to minimize it.

That kind of mindset works when your coaching 0*-3* star kids who have grinded just to get to Eastern Michigan or Fresno st or UW but he’s now dealing with top 100 kids who have been treated like gods since their freshman or sophomore years of high school. It’s a big change and I do think he needs a little bit of time to adjust. What he does with Malachi will be huge IMO. If we hear nothing all week other then what he said postgame and Malachi starts the title of this thread might be correct…

Very late here but got to call myself out on this one. I was incredibly wrong. Shoutout Terrion for playing great the rest of the season, being a first round pick and starting in the NFL. This is a great example why I get paid absolutely nothing to post my football thoughts. Still think Kool Aid the better corner though.

I know their NIL valuations come from sketchy numbers but the thought of a UVA player being worth anywhere near 800k is crazy.
