Here’s our problem, the OL is not protecting. Texas has no respect for the passing game. Buchner is potentially a better passer but will be swallowed up by the rush. Quite the pickle for sure but the change needs to be made.

Milroe is a package QB...not a starting QB.

But only being down one score means no change...which will be a big mistake.

We dodge a bullet...that should've been an automatic INTERCEPTION.

Jalen Milroe will look good on simple stuff in spurts but if you are a REALEST then you know that we don't have a chance to win another championship with him at quarterback.

We are ONE dimensional with him at quarterback. I said it after the ADay game.

Except Shula offenses at least tried to play to their strengths (they just basically didn’t have any). This is just an all around mess at every level. Strategy included.

And frick this even more for making me defend the Shula era hellscape.

- special teams
- defense is clearly better
- run blocking

That's all I got

Milroe is freshman Hurts all over again, just bail and roll out right

Freshman Hurts shredded USC.

Freshman Hurts was capable of at least one read before KNOWING he was going to tuck the ball and run for 11 yards.

Milroe looks as lost as a blind man out there. No idea what he is doing. He's completely lost. How could the coaching staff watch that shite for two full quarters ?

Calling it now 20-19. Reichard saves us again. (No, I don’t really believe that).

The o line is protecting enough...your problem is that you don't have a quarterback who can read.

Milroe has more rushing yards than the top receiver has receiving yards.

Milroe isn’t even in the same universe as that Jalen Hurts

I wasn’t comparing them to the T, only passing. Hurts was a dog, Milroe is not.

The comparison was only via passing plays, because Hurts did that shite a lot

Did we?
Milroe stays in the game with no Interception there

It doesn’t matter. Milroe is a straight line running back with a rocket arm but cannot read a defense. There are guys on the bench who can read a defense. Even at an average level that’s better than what we’ve got.

I get everyone is having a meltdown. The issue is with our OL pass protection.

IMO, We stick with Milroe, but the game plan for offense needs to be adjusted. We need to include slant, RPO, quick passes to side, let our playmakers make the play. We can't trust our OL.

This is really the issue. Unlike last year, WRs ARE getting open. We just need our QB to read the defense, see the open guys, and throw the ball to them.
