I lived in NWA for 10 years, loved the area EXCEPT for the sports media. Hog fans are good people. My 1st year was right before Mizzou’s move. It seemed the media was beyond reality homers. I grew up watching Omaha news and sports and they were just as insufferable as Husker media. At least the nubbers had the success back then to back it up.

We don’t have pro sports teams so the Hogs are the only game in town. No sports writer is going to commit career suicide unless a chad morris type of situation arises then the fans are on board as well for all the grief they can give him.

Oh wow, I kinda knew that Mizzou had Arkansas's number somewhat but I didn't realize it's 7-2 Mizzou since they joined the SEC.
