Which state produces the best defensive backs? Florida or Louisiana?

I picked those two because I feel they consistently produce the most fluid athletes. South Carolina has a few freakish athletes like Deandre Hopkins and Clowney, but Florida and Louisiana seem to produce the most athletic players overall

Georgia obviously has alot of good HS players, but their receivers seem more like straight line speed guys. Their skill sets seem less diverse than the Louisiana and Florida kids.

Yeah Florida would be my answer as well. Some of our best dbs are from Florida

It feels like the most speed is in Florida.
Population and competition definitely helps.

Florida.
Louisiana generally has enough blue chip talent to keep LSU stocked.
Florida generally has enough blue chip talent to keep UF, FSU, and Miami stocked and for LSU to pick from when it needs.

Four of Alabama’s 28 2013 signees; about 15%; were from Florida. This included the first and sixth ranked recruits in the state.

Florida. It’s hard to beat a state with their combination of population, quality of high school football, and type of pure athletes the state produces.
Louisiana has been producing DBs for a long time. Johnny Robinson and Aeneas Williams, and Ed Reed are in the HOF, and each are from different eras.
Greg Barbaro, Richie Petitbon, Jerry Stovall, and Albert Lewis are a few other long forgotten players that were some of the best DBs during their time.

I was referring to Alabama snatching top players out of Louisiana.
Everybody in the southeast recruits Florida because there's so much there.

Florida has 3 of the top 5 NFL producing high school cities in the country. And 5 of the top 10.
Considering that Georgia and Louisiana have incredible high school talent, and both states only have 1 city each in the top 10 says a lot about Florida athletes.
