I am thinking you high rollers are going to jump at this.

Hell, if I had the money I'd buy that in a heartbeat. Not even to live there, though it sounds nice, but you can turn a nice profit on that place with good management year in and year out.

Would be a nice getaway place for my butler. I’ll show it to him

Was this his primary residence? Or a business venture for him?
ETA: seems like a steal for 7 million. 7 million where we are at will buy you a big house on a good amount of land. But not all that and 600 acres.
Is the rub that you have to live near Auburn or something
how is it that cheap?

It's dated and doesn't have the quadruple tray ceiling* with a TV above the fireplace.
Hard pass

No, that would be Lake Martin, about 30 minutes up the road....this is where the last minute recruiting bags were exchanged...really nice place, attended a few weddings there.

Thanks for posting but I'm not looking to downsize in square footage or acreage right now

Both. It’s actually in Macon County so you will be helping out the diversity if you white baws but it.
I made be odd about this, but it would be weird knowing the previous owner was buried there.

CSB: Forrest During was my realtor when I bought some land in Henry County a few years ago.
Not-so-CSB: I couldn’t swing a $6.96million deal
