I have a 7 year old Catahoula female. She’s balck and tan so most people think she’s a Doberman or something similar. She’s an awesome dog. I got her from an old coworker in Folsom. Her mom was a hog dog and her dad a show dog. She’s purty. She is pretty much my shadow. I’m lucky to have a job she can go with me to. She runs a few miles a day and does laps in a pond chasing dragon flies most days. She’s a damn good deer tracker. She also hates squirrels and has caught many. She could’ve been a good treeing dog if I’d had the time and place when she was a pup. She’s great with kids and super protective. She hasn’t bit anyone but has scared many. She thinks my truck is hers. Other than my wife and kids no one else can open the door. I opened the carport door to head to work this morning and an Amazon driver was setting a package down on the door mat. Probably the closest she has come to biting. I was trying to stop her and he was trying to kick her. He fell backwards over some tricycles and bikes and I got her back inside. Guess I’m hanging up some beware of dog signs later today.

Also she is the most hardheaded and loyal dog I’ve ever had. She knows right from wrong but still does wrong occasionally. Definitely takes firm guidance.

I shoot my youth model 870 20 gauge that I got in 1991. It is lethal with tss.
I dropped a duece outside because the water was off at my camp. I did bury it though.

Got him this morning. He only gobbled three times but it was an awesome morning. Had a hen come to my decoys every time I called. He finally came in and strutted at about 100 yards for 15 minutes. He then went with hens I’d seen. Time was ticking to make it to church so I crawled up to the last spot I’d seen them. He was still strutting at about 50 yards in some thinned pines with a good bit of brush. A few minutes and he was at about 35 yards broadside full strut and I got a window. 20 gauge tss did the trick. Great morning and I was early for church. God is good.

Wind started just before daylight. Didn’t hear any and made a move a few miles away. Called a time or two and sat for a while, nothing. I decided to scout and walk a fire break. Rounded a curve and a gobbler and a hen are staring at me. They didn’t spook too bad but got out of dodge. Wind not supposed to be as bad in the morning.

Where you at? Not blowing here in North Fl yet. Will be soon. Can’t make up my mind which spot to go to. Options are nice but dang I can over think this.
Wow. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I’ll eat almost everything and don’t remember ever trying cottage cheese. It’s awesome. Got the daisy 4% and love it. Greek yogurt is going to take a back seat.
Cool. I bet your kid is stoked. I know mine would be.
Cocoon must have been huge too
Keep the trash out and hook me up with a shirt or a hat.
I have a rugged oculus on my charger. It’s quiet. Buddy has dead air it’s good as well.

Sumos are awesome
I spent Friday night in my new ( 20 years old from market place) pop up camper with my 3 and 7 year old boys. We had a blast. We camped at a lot my family has on a lake here. It probably helped the cat fish were biting good, it was cool enough for a fire, and the owls were fired up. I always over pack but adding kids to a camping trip you end up with a ton of stuff.

What did you bait with? I used swarm commander in the past. It worked great and I caught multiple swarms. I also had the traps elevated in a tree and facing south if I remember correctly.
I sat the jury for a murder trial. Two dealers killed and robbed another one. They hit him 19 times hopping out of the car with 2 guns. Damn good shooting if you ask me. It was mostly fmj with a few hollow points mixed in.
