Outside of playoffs, who really gives a shite about this game other than the people making money off it?

Well you just made a thread about it so….

The coaches and players care about the extra practices. The fans enjoy watching them.

Watching Florida get their arse kicked by a pac 10 school is pretty entertaining

Start placing some bets. You’ll enjoy it more.

If Florida was winning by three scores you would be beating your chest screaming SEC SEC

Actually no I wouldn’t because I don’t give a shite about any other SEC team but one.

Some people like the sport of football and enjoy watching football games.

Coaches should have a lot more in December to worry about than playing in a meaningless bowl game. They have to convince their own players not to leave the portal while trying to convince players from other teams to join their team. They have to hire new position coaches to replace those that leave. They have to get ready for National Signing Day next week and that ties in with hiring new coaches since the signees are going to want to know who their position coach is going to be. And I doubt the players care about the extra practices in preparation for the bowl game. Does it look like Florida got a lot out of those extra practices?

I only agree now because of all the ridiculous transfer and opt out shite we have these days.. can’t even really predict how anything will go based off the season anymore.
College football was just better in the early 2000s up until all this shite.

Bowl games are great for many reasons, including getting young guys experience in big games for next season. If you don't enjoy watching them, you can always opt out.

Then don't watch and don't post about it. Football is fun to watch. If you don't like it watch soccer or women's basketball.

Don't forget Florida beat the PAC12 champion this year.

It must be a big deal if OP makes a statement on Bowl games.

I enjoy them. Saying goodbye to the '22 football season with bowl games is a tradition. You're miserable

I don't bet on things as truly unpredictable as bowl games, especially since the emergence of the opt out.
Besides, it is fun to laugh at Florida!

What makes them stupid is the terrible attitude some holier than thou teams have about them. Oregon State seems to be having fun. I'll bet Tulane's players are looking forward to the Cotton Bowl. Hopefully, LSU players care on January 2.
