ON3 : Young and Anderson to play

Wouldn't have held it against either one iota if they hadn't, but this certainly makes me appreciate their love for the University and program more.

No opt outs expected for Alabama.

This is good to see. It won't reverse the trend, but still good to see.

Now that is leadership. Good on Saban to bring out the check book

I would have been surprised and disappointed if they didn't. If healthy compete with your guys.

I think its cool that they are playing but as an Alabama fan would you not almost want to use the opportunity to get your younger QBs some real game experience against a quality opponent? Or is the thought that your starting QB for next year isn't currently on the roster?

Shaping up to be a really good game. FWIW, I still liked Alabama's chances before knowing these two would play.

While I admire their decision, I wonder why they are taking such a risk.

Great to see in this ridiculous era of opt outs.

Only explanation is that Saban told them it was his last game.

Incredible leadership by Bryce and Will.

I think their loyalty to Nick had something to do with this.

I think a 1st, 2nd or 3rd round projection should be insured via Chubb or Lloyds against a career-ending injury (much like Peyton Manning had at Tenner). Then you'd see a lot less of the opt-outs...

Now being reported Alabama will have ZERO opt outs.

They love playing for Nick.

Most positive sign of "culture" we've seen at Bama in a while.

The man is still the man. All hail Nick Saban, the head football coach for the Alabama Crimson Tide.
