Brian Kelly: 9-4
Nick Saban: 8-4 at LSU, 7-6 at Bama
Kirby Smart: 8-5
Lane Kiffin: 5-5
Jimbo Fisher: 9-4 (but we all know what's happened since)
Mike Leach: 4-7

But Brian Kelly is a terrible Coach. Yea. . . OK. Whatever helps you cope.

All Brian Kelly did was carry on the LSU average of about 8-9 wins a season with an occasional putrid dumpster fire or breakout year. Brian Kelly essentially sold LSU’s soul to thicken his resume of losing big games by multiple touchdowns.

Your whole argument turned to shite when you typed Jimbo Fisher 9-4 (but we all know what's happened since).

The fact that you took the time to post such garbage tells me what a huge piece of shite you are. A quick search on google would show how wrong you are. What has your team done in the last decade or two? Seriously, find a fire and stick your head in it. You bring nothing to the party.

Is it 10-4? Or 9-5?

Kelly is the only one on the list that had the benefit of the transfer portal to immediately resolve roster issues to allow his team to be more competitive without having to have 3-4 years of recruiting like all other coaches prior to the past few years had to deal with.

FYI, when a coach comes in and has a good bit of success in their first year, it's usually followed by a decline.

I find if funny you even gave an example yourself with Jimbo Fisher.

The only time in the last 10 years (2012-2022) LSU has won more than 10 games is 2019. 3 10-wins, 3 9-wins, 2 8-wins and 2 sub .500 records.

Not a bad stretch by any means at all. Just kind of….meh. And Brian Kelly is….meh.

He's also the only one who walked into a situation with 40 scholarship players.

The portal is a two way street.
