I dunno about this. The title says “current day”. Michigan needs to beat Ohio State another time or two before this qualifies as a top rivalry in current day. Before last year, they hadn’t won since 2011.
ETA that before 2011, Michigan hadn’t won since 2003. In what world is the record of a “top current day rivalry” skewed 15-2 since then?

I don't care what you say, Army vs. Navy will always be the No. 1 rivalry game of the season to me.

You’re wrong. The Egg Bowl is ALWAYS more entertaining than the NFL night game on Thanksgiving. Sure it may not have the highest stakes but it absolutely delivers on hatred and entertainment. It is one of the best rivalries in this conference.
