Never went to a HS reunion and find them pointless. I am still friends with the people from HS that I want to be in contact with. That is 3 people at this point and two of them live in DFW area as well....

My wife is an Aggy and I am an LSU fan/alum. It can be quite fun with the trash talk. We were dating before Aggy ever announced any SEC move so it was never a point of consideration for me.
Both kids are LSU fans for now too.
Edit: also helps I am not a hardcore LSU fan and she is for Aggy...

Those are rookie numbers for someone like living in Southlake, like me. We’ve been here since 2015 so we were well ahead of current boom for home prices.
You have to live on the outskirts of the metroplex to get a largish house in nice area in 2024.

I am a fundamentally different person at 42 compared to 25 or 30. Being a parent or even just being a front line leader for others at work gives you different insight/perspective. I value money more now that I actually have to provide for others as an example....

35. He sold his business for millions. He dabbles in cryptocurrency and day trading when he is bored now. He admits the drive is not there to build another business.
Dude is happily married with kids living the life. He lives modestly to make that money stretch at a young age....
