Not just this year but it seems every game at Tiger Stadium you all are filled with this over confidence. Some are full blown cocky about it as if you guys are invincible at home. Is it the alcohol? Is it the Cajun audacity that nothing gets you down? What is it?

I’m always nervous when Bama plays at Tiger Stadium even with the current win streak because it seems LSU is always just an inch away from winning it. With Bama’s coordinators and with the way this team struggles on the road, imo that also goes in your favor. Are these the reasons you are so confident this time around?

We're on a message board. If you dont think that your team and your opponent are 7 points better and worse respectively than what they really are, you're doing it wrong

We're not confident we're gonna win but we're not scared of you. We never have been and we never will be

We all saw you squeak out that win vs 3-5 A&M

We all saw what Quinn Ewers was doing to you

Jalen Hyatt should be charge with abuse after what he did.

So I'm going into Saturday with the goal to make Bryce Young's ears bleed and if we win just making sure none of your trash touches any ladies. Jermaine Burton better keep his hands to himself before he takes one way marsh boat ride.

Not really confident we win but I do think we are in the game the whole time.

Its been a wild season for us. Zero expecations coming in and Kelly has shown he can actually coach and the team has gotten better every single week. This current LSU team beats FSU easily right now IMO. Jayden Daniels is a different QB right now from week 1.

All coaching.

BK has us excited, on top of a zero expectation season and Bama at night at home after routing Ole Miss has some purple and gold baws slamming the Kool Aid

I don't know if I'm really confident but I expect it to be competitive, especially considering Bama's road performances this year. But every time Bama comes here it's just Lucy yanking the football from Charlie Brown. I mean we snatched defeat from the jaws of victory in 12 and 14.

I'm not confident that we win. I'm confident that we fight hard and make it competitive.

I don’t think the LSU fanbase is confident they will win. They are just excited that that after the last 2 years they can feel like they at least have chance to win. And that the game actually means something again.

I am confident we will play well because;

1 - We are hitting our stride and coming together as a team.

2 - We finally have competent coaching.

3 - It is at night and Tiger Stadium should be absolutely lit.

I am not as confident because we simply do not have the same level of personnel that Bama has. We are outmanned. I see a close, hard fought loss. I hope I am wrong.

I'm pretty sure I share the same sentiment as most LSU fans, when I say that we are not confident of a win, but we're playing with house money right now. We would love nothing more than ruining Bama's season and having a shot at playing Tenn or UGA in the SEC Championship in year one of the CBK era. We think it will be closer than the spread, it will take the full 60 minutes to crown a winner, and it will be just as rowdy and loud as any other Bama night game in Tiger Stadium. I'm just here to drink beer, cheer for my Tigers, and hopefully get some superior melts from Saban on the sidelines and from Gump fans after the game. We want headlines from the Bama newspapers of domestic disputes over the results of the game just like every other time Bama loses.

We're day-drinkers during the week as much as we are during the weekends. Now, ask us a tougher question.

Don't confuse confidence with excitement...

A lot of LSU Fans are excited to be playing meaningful football in November.

A lot of LSU fans are confident the program is moving in the right direction.

Big difference to being confident in beating Bama.

you are confusing confidence with not being scared

we are not confident we will win, quite the opposite

we just are not scared of you like everyone else is but UGA & i guess UT this year. Us and UGA have never really been scared of you and never will be.

I am confident that if we don't start with a 2-3 score deficit like we have in most games this year we can win or it will be a great game...my concern every year is Saban has 2 weeks to prepare for us with a bye week and bama, under Saban, always has the edge in coaching.

I was confident against Ole Miss but not confident this Saturday. I just want it to be a great game and hopefully we can get a W!

Here is my biggest concern for Saturday;

Alabama's offense is exceptionally good, but Will Anderson Jr has the ability to turn the game around completely on his own.
