I haven’t seen it but someone told me they saw on Twitter the top three performers at the High School all-American game were all future Dawgs. I think in this order:

1. Monroe Freeling
2. Pearce Spurlin
3. Jordan Hall

Next was Caleb Downs.

This should be posted in the 2024 Recruiting thread, but I couldn't wait.

247Sports' No. 1 recruit Dylan Raiola attends Georgia's National Title game victory

247Sports' No. 1-ranked prospect in the 2024 class in five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola attended Georgia’s absolutely dominant National Championship game victory over TCU on Monday night as Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs clinched a second-straight title.

Raiola made the trip with his family as his older sister plays volleyball for the Horned Frogs, but the Chandler (Ariz.) High standout has a keen eye on Georgia regarding his potential future.

“Georgia is the cream of the crop!” Raiola told 247Sports. “They do everything with such class and they do everything the right way! The fans are awesome! So passionate about the Dawgs and I love it!

“Georgia is different!”

The 6-foot-3, 220-pound Raiola recently backed off his verbal to Ohio State and beside the Bulldogs is keeping tabs on the likes of Oregon, USC and Nebraska.

“Coach Smart built something special for college football,” Raiola said. “He went to Georgia and that means a lot to him to build that place! It’s such a special place and I can’t wait to get back to Athens!”

Raiola doesn’t have any trips scheduled but said he’ll be at Georgia “very soon.”

Raiola’s godfather- one Matthew Stafford. Dominic Raiola was Stafford’s center for 5 years in Detroit.

Shows how fluid recruiting can be UGA supposedly turned down the number 2 QB prospect Alabama commit Julian Sayin because they preferred the current commit Puglisi.

Would love to see us get Raiola. Appears ultra-talented and a fine young man.
I can only imagine what he would be capable of in Monken's offense.
