Just like AU to keep me watching until the final whistle.

Down goes #1....doable.
Down goes #1 again within a week.....prob not in this lifetime.
Down goes #4-6....at this point. Who knows?

If Gus splits between UGA & Bama, utilizes a gameplan moving forward not unlike the A&M game, and the team goes down swinging instead of tripping over themselves as a result, I might give the guy a break...

I really just want to believe. Again.

I want to want to ride the Gus bus with Lanier.

I want them just to get back together. Them being Gus and some sort of imagination.

No.

Before the LSU game, I’d have said yes. But that game 100% assured me that Gus will always provide WTF-level let downs every season. Which is why I do not think we’ll win out and get a championship.

But even if we did, he’d have to have a full season without the head scratching ridiculousness that comes with his coaching decisions. Even if we win the playoff this year, I’d expect to see us lose to Washington next season 14-6 wondering why our championship quarterback is being subbed out for a tight end to run the wishbone flea flicker option reverse.

If we beat uga...

And then beat Bama. And UGA again, and a natty, angry bus.

We should have a sig bet between posibarner(s), I believe there is one somewhere here, and the negibarner nation.

If auburn beats uga it should look like this with Gus and the bus and keep the eagle and a I WAS WRONG

And the posibarner I Was Wrong

Hell no, Big Game Gus is 1-7 vs last 8 top 10 teams with the one win being against Ole Miss in 2014.

I would forgive him for losing them if he used all of the talent on the team in a coherent game plan based on that talent. That is all I want from Gus or any coach. If he wins out and we win a national championship I will still be waiting for him to fall back into the Gus rut, but I could bask in the glow.

That was not a fluke play. It was Gus out coaching the other team.

You people are absolutely insane if you would not forgive him if we won out. Like, unprecedented levels of being unreasonable.

Who cares if he occasionally makes head scratching moves? I'm as critical of Gus as anyone but a national championship should heal all wounds or you are completely unreasonable.

Hell yes. His bad performances in big games is everyone's biggest issue. Keep the gas pedal down and run over everyone

When we crush UGA’s dream twice this year, it might be tGOAT season. They will bend like Nick Chubb’s knee.

Iirc it was Harbison's idea. But Gus had to approve it. But the way it works the HC gets the credit.

If we can stomp UGA like 2004 I may forgive Gus. I want to believe we win, but we could be up 30 and I still will think Gus chokes it away until the clock hits 0.
