Don't know if forgive is the correct term here. I'd applaud him and yell "Way to go Gus!" but that doesn't mean I wont always be worried hes gonna go full retard at any point going forward.

OH hell yes. If we make that run then that tells me what I wanted to believe all along...that Gus will eventually figure it out and become a quality SEC-level coach. I don't dislike Gus, I just think he's so stubborn that he will never want to grow and change enough to become 'the guy'. I would LOVE to be proven wrong.

Gus should be fired if he at least doesn’t beat either UGA or Bama.

If this scenario, albeit highly unlikely, came true...Gus will have beaten uga twice and most likely bama twice. He would be 3-3 against AU's biggest rivals, won 2 SECC, gone to the title game twice and won the MNC in 5 years.
He would be directly responsible, or a MAJOR part of 3 SECC, 3 title game appearances and 2 MNCs in 8 years.
If that is his resume in 2 months, and you still hate on him, you've got serious issues.
But as previously said, highly unlikely.

Making $4 million per year and not being able to adjust to a simple 8 man box is a fireable offense. It should never been forgiven that he is an incompetent moron.
