Champ has Chamblis in hell right now with his exotic blitzes. Meanwhile, we have Durka Durka running the same shite every week. Come hAUme, Champ!

Graphic of our home winning % against p4 in the 20 years prior to Cohen vs his tenure. It was brutal. I think like .643 prior and .183 in his tenure.

We were terrible in every aspect of this game. That falls directly on Golesh.

Im sure he was excited after the UGA win for the biggest win of his career, but this conference demands the team be ready every week.

No one person is responsible for our down turn. We started chasing that 2010 high, and abandoned everything Auburn football was about. OL, defense and running the ball.

Oh I know it doesn’t fall on one person.

I'm sure at least someone remembers me shitting all over Durkin the first year he was hired. I never liked his scheme and talked about the issues it has... now in what, his 3rd season for us? Its the same stuff. Really disappointed in the development of the DL too.. You can't tell me Garner wouldn't have Autry and Crawford playing at a way higher level.

Agreed, I’ve never been a fan of his scheme. I’ll give him credit as we’ve had some games where the only reason we were in them or even able to win some were because of our D, but we’ve had just as many if not more complete letdowns by then as well. Its a scheme that requires a massive talent discrepancy and asks so much from your secondary to cover for long stretches.

The one that schemes for the games and recruits for the Defense.

The OLine needs a couple of years atleast, to get some players and depth.

DJ has had time to get players.

Durkin is a very good DC for those calling for his head don’t know ball.

Cody Sigler of west Alabama then Arky State is our best DLineman. It’s a talent issue not a scheme issue. What part of that do our fans not understand?

I’ve said it over and over just because you put on orange and blue doesn’t make you more talented.

The choices to let Amaris go, to let Crawford go, to let Lee go has consequences. And a couple others. But those are NFL talent kind of guys.

We got 4 stars on the defense but outside of Melendez and Deas they aren’t ready. Jourdin is getting more and more reps each week. He’s playing meh.

If it is scheme I am a fan of the 4-2-5 but I understand with the spread and such that the 3-3-5 is the way to go. I just hate having to be so dependent on 1 position the 0 tech or shade nose that is required from the 3-3-5 stack.

I feel we should fire Durkin and hire Dave Aranda. He is currently unemployed.

I like this guy, but you’re right. He’s a good rotational player, but we need to get better upfront on both sides of the football.

I'm thinking exorcist.

Because we got ghosts of past coaches, and a roster of ghost after ghost after ghost.

We got demons everywhere, and they follow us around the SEC, and its halloween come next game.

Me, I'm going back to bed.

Yep … the attempt at continuity by retaining Durkin has not worked out. We’re currently dead last in the conference on Defense.

I suspect Golesh will make the change …. but it needs to immediately following the bama game. And for gosh sakes bring in someone that can recruit the LoS.

Bring Rodney Garner home with all that Pat Dye in him away from Tennessee

He ALWAYS brought us STUDS

Isn’t it amazing how Coach G’s D - Lines just swallow up O - Lines in the league like minnows?

If it takes letting him be the DC, then so be it

It can’t get any worse! We are dead last in the SEC in total defense.

I am a huge Rodney Garner fan for life.

He can handle diva studs in the transfer portal era and he can put out elite DL.

Most kids want discipline and he's the guy that can do it

Aranda’s defenses at Baylor have been atrocious except his first year and this year.

I agree with all of this. We need the AD fired 1st. Then DJ and Banks followed by the OL coach/OC. Golesh earned a place in my heart last week, but damn if he didn't use up a lot of good will with the garbage put on the field Saturday.
