What will you do with the $ and time saved this fall?

Since it’s very likely that you’ll be refunded on season tickets or won’t be purchasing single game tickets and we may not have football at all.. what will you do instead?

I’m aggressively paying my mortgage and investing into retirement accounts and will continue to do so.
If we suffer hyperinflation and paying off the mortgage ends up being foolish instead of letting the debt depreciate, well oh well.

Pay it off baw. It’s a wonderful feeling. I did a 15 year mortgage on this shack and paid it off in 2011. Haven’t made a mortgage payment since. Never a bad idea.

Be warmer and spend more time in a tree. Got some good ones on camera.

We're buying a house in October. Keep getting hit with $1k change orders from the Mrs.

More time for school work (will finish my master's from AU in the spring).
Gonna try and hunt a lot, never really done much hunting (got 80 acres of my wife's family land to utilize).
Work on my side hustle (consulting biz has picked up in the past few months).
Would rather have football, but all of that will be fun/productive stuff.

Take my two boys camping. Fall Saturdays are perfect for camping in N Ga, but seeing as how college football is played on Saturdays, that puts a kink in that. The youngest will be just old enough that he can do overnight trips.

Not a lot lately. The tackle business has slowed a little like normal and I have been doing more fishing. Also, we are preparing our house to sale while I am not as busy. Wife has me on some serious projects lately so I just have not had the time or mindset. I played some yesterday and I am planning on picking it up more this week. Just been a crazy time the past month or so.

I'll be hunting and fishing every weekend.

I’ll be enjoying watching my sons play, and taking them hunting and fishing.
I saw some good deals on 2 man tripod deer stands at Academy, if anyone is interested.

Might look into buying a small sail boat and get back into sailing with the potential to buy a larger one at retirement and sailing it around the world. Been around the world once but that was aboard big grey things that I flew off of...
Or may build a second garage to jump start some of the things I want to do in retirement. (Have a ton of interests)
If I do eventually decide to sail around the world will have to get fishing tips from some of the pros here on this forum...talking about bait etc...

May try to form a side band. Any rock guitar, drummers, vocalists in the BHM area give me a shout.

Do you play the real G chord or the lazy one?
Just to be clear
