This guy's traveled a weird road. Committed and signed with TTU, ultimately enrolls at Texas, and then portals back to TTU and now in the portal again (potentially)?

There was a complete shite show at TTU with their coach this year making a racist speech to players about masters and servants, he was suspended. Probably why he may be able to get a waiver to transfer again.
