After Hugh was fired last year, one of our writers said that Hugh played a round of golf in Waco on friday morning and then we played Baylor that night. If true, that's pretty wild. I know we beat them comfortably but still, that's not sending the right message to your players and staff. Not shocking when some star players reportedly loafed in practices. We saw the loafing on saturdays too.

It's known that the week after losing to OU, he played on Wed or Thurs after practice (A&M). He was already on a little in the weird and unstable side, and then an addiction took full hold or started to show itself.

Thank goodness for Jackson arnold sucking he probably would still be here with an average to below average program.

Its a great idea, gone are the days of Sewell Hall where they lived and ate together.

They only have to live on campus for their freshman year. With the advent of NIL and portal, some of these "kids" now have condos or homes, wives, a child or two, and cars most would think foolish, at a very very young age.

It truly is a business and they best start treating it as such.
