Our problem wasn’t a run/pass problem. It was a turnover and red zone problem mostly.

Here is a decent breakdown of Freeze's past performances.
Only in 2020 at Liberty did he have more rushing yards per game than passing. His high octane offenses ranked somewhere around 5th in the conference in passing and 10th or 11th in rushing.
His 2015 year he led the conference in passing offense, and was third in the conference in RZ TD rate.

I don’t care how we score. Run or pass. But we have to be able to put up around 38-40 against bad defenses and 28-30 against good defenses, and 20-24 against elite defenses going forward.

Not that its for this thread, but I feel like too much gets made about Freeze being pass first. Does he prefer the pass? Yep, but Hunter also had a career year and close to 1000 yards, so its not like he's anti run. We probably would have ran a little more if the OL was a little better or Thorne didn't keep a few too many RPO's.
