Keto and calisthenics saved my life.

I like Keto in short durations. It puts my body in a state of self-sufficiency leaving me depleted from energy so I cannot hang.

Have you considered intermittent fasting? That too can accomplish the reset without continuous need for dieting discipline.

Yessir. I do it on the regular. Big proponent of IF and long-term fasting. Game changer. Started it in 2016 and haven’t stopped. I stopped drinking a while back too which was huge as well.

How many friggin edges do we need?

All of them.

In reality as many as it takes to rush the passer at elite levels. Need to be edge group to get 1-3 sacks a game and 7-8 pressures a game.

If that bumps Waller and Joe Phillips down then it is what it is. Play the best player and if you can improve the room and production you do. Cause there is zero guarantee that if you develop a guy he doesn’t leave for more money next season

We have a pit, an Amstaff technically. She’s about 75 lbs of pure muscle and loves a good workout but no high energy issues at home and completely chilled out.

On the Edge discussion, we need to have about 12 bodies rotating in and out during every game on the D-Line. Let everyone eat.

When the Hebrews were stranded in the desert for 40 years. Manna fell from heaven to feed them. It’s pretty obvious that manna is current day Dr Pepper. lol

Freeze inherited a similar situation of despair that Bruce inherited.

Bruce inherited a fanbase not as passionate about basketball as football at the time and that kept the calls for dismissal low but the OGs still knew he was the truth.

I am not comparing coaches;I am comparing what they inherited and pointing out similarities in low-level success right off the bat.

Miss me with Freeze inheriting the 18th most talented team in the country. Dont be a fool.

Boy that didn't age well. So you're telling me that sometimes patience is a key part of the rebuilding process?

Bruce was a winner before Auburn. Freeze is an 8 to 9 win coach in the good times.

Could be worse having a composite 4* out of HS running the scout team

Looks like Bobo offered him out of high school.

Freeze did unprecedented work for Ole Miss at the time... If he never gets ran, he probably taken them to Atlanta by now.

Remember, Nick Saban was a 6-6/7-5 coach at Michigan State. He had 1 9 win season before he got to LSU.

You guys gotta stop wanting instant wins for a season and build something that will start slow but win continuously. I like what Hugh is doing.

We offered and then never talked to him again. Kid always wanted to be at AU. Harsin and Co dropped the ball on him big time.

I mean, what ball did they drop lol? He signed South Carolina out of HS and made zero movement on their depth chart. He entered the Portal on December 4th, 2023 and then essentially "retired", so clearly there wasn't much interest in him (otherwise why "retire"?). He is now coming back in a position that basically confirms that he will never play a snap (#4 QB) and is essentially just there for numbers purposes.

It looks like Harsin was correct in his evaluation on this one lol.
