Well, this wasn’t going to be a strong OL portal class to begin with, but i think it has improved and better than some originally thought. Plus, there has to be more on these playoff rosters, that haven’t even entered yet.

I’m just hoping we get a majority of our fair share

Sources tell On3 that Ole Miss is the team to watch in this recruitment.

Other rumors have him looking at LSU & BC but I don't think BC has the money...I could be wrong about LSU but seem to recall saying something that if Deuce came he would get a fair shake at the starting job...

OL is my big concern. USF’s best skill guys (still somewhat of a concern) behind a poor OL gives me the sads.

Exactly. Filling the roster is important but if we could only sign Bbrown and 5 top lineman I would be ecstatic. Theres 6 spots we REALLY need to nail. The rest is just theatrics to me

That was the case last year, but we are seeing across the board that many kids are taking visits without committing, all their visits it appears.

The one thing that has changed, the lawsuit allowing schools to spend money, not just boosters, 10s of millions of it. Within a year a good OL (not a 96 rated left tackle) but a good OL who was looking at 100K and happy is now commanding multiples of that and you better take the visits to see what is out there.

Its like a compacted version of HS recruiting.

We will get ours, coaches should just shave their heads, it would be less painful than pulling all their hair out.

I mean you have lost almost every WR and CB off the roster. Those are not theatrics, unless you expect Bryce Cain to be your #1 receiver lol.

Are the USF WRs starting quality?

WR is looking pretty solid assuming Singleton comes. I'd still like to add one more top level guy, but that room is pretty good.

CB is a worry to me. DE is a worry, OL and maybe DT.. if we get the guys from OK St and Ark St I'd feel fine about DT though.

Neptune, Koger and Singleton (assuming he comes) are for sure.

If we don't get another receiver, I am absolutely fine with that. It is a deep enough receiver room with the additions and adding Singleton we will be fine.

Have we heard anything on Alvin Henderson? What is our running back situation looking like?

we have to get some trenches on both sides.

Pettigrew is more of a project/potential/develop guy, who has decent size for his type of athleticism

It seems to me, that this staff could bring in multiple RBs. A lot seem to be visiting. Maybe Cobb is the only RB Golesh is sold on and wants to bolster the RB room

I mean, just reading the tea leaves, but those four aren’t likely to be the four we enter the season with, based on who is visiting

If we somehow miss on BB there isn’t a QB in the portal that excites me that we would have a chance at.

ETA: come on AG
