The only person that saw potential in JA was as HF. We could have gotten Pavia out of NM St for cheap and he’d still be our HC

Probably a pretty good argument for giving a coach the rope to hang themselves with instead of micromanaging everything .

Wrong. He would have just ruined Pavia. The offense and the play-calling STILL MATTERS.

Ashton Daniels looked like literal dogshit against Kentucky with Freeze, and then magically looked good/playable vs. Vanderbilt/Bama. The guy didn't all of a sudden "improve" in 1-2 weeks.

Agreed, the shift in offense playmaking and attitude was dramatic as soon as Freeze lost the headset. Borderline deliberate sabotage.

If Freeze had made it to the end of the year and then got fired, we would never had known how much he was personally handicapping the offense with his checked out bullshite.

Are the pictured players Arnold, Charlie Chaplin, and Cam Coleman?

Because Charlie Chaplin did "silent" films....thats "think about it" George Carlin humor, I like it, I like it.

And he will get a haircut, both literally and figuratively if he stays with the team.

Man I hope we could keep Deuce to be the QB in waiting, but I think everyone would understand if he was impatient for another year not starting.

Me too, but, unless he goes down to a Group of Five school, he’s kinda in the same boat at any other P4 school as he is here. He’s gonna have to learn a whole new offense. Are there many big programs who will take a chance on him to come in and be “the Guy?” Or, will they want him to come in, and be groomed for a year, then take over?

If BB doesn’t come here, could Deuce learn the offense and start? Probably so. But, if AG wants to win next year and show proof of concept, what better way to do that than to bring in a guy who knows your system like the back of his hand. He can teach Deuce the finer points of the offense and have him primed to break out.

I think the former is more likely than the latter, especially if it's a smaller P4 team or any G5 team. The latter would only make sense at a QB factory type situation like Ohio State

Right now I don't care. I DO NOT want Deuce to leave but we REALLY need a winning season right now. I'm talking 8-4 and a decent bowl game. The last time I enjoyed a BIG SEC victory was last year at Texas A&M

Probably in the Minority but give me Brown with Daniels at backup over keeping Duece. If that's what it comes to...
