Yep, this is the huge need in the portal along with a transfer QB (assuming Brown).

Need a good transfer big sized run stopper DT type to replace Jamison-Travis, and a couple Keyron Crawford type pass rushers in case our Freshman and Sophomore edges don't make the jump.

Paying big money to someone like Ryan Williams is a move that wins the PR game in the press but loses games on the field. Williams may take a big leap next year wherever he is, but this year he was soft as hell and pretty much sucked once Bama got to the SEC part of their schedule.

I'd rather get the two WR people have talked about from USF than go after Williams. He seems like the ultimate soft, business decision player. Though he also seems like a player that will be really good the year he wants to get drafted because of that, so maybe having him his junior year would be a good thing.

Yes we do, but the Oline isn’t so bad when you have a QB that knows how to move around in the pocket (Deuce).

We will lose three starters on the line, return one guy who cant hear the snap count and a center coming off a knee injury...........yeah we need a lot of help.

And the concerning thing is the current backups could not break the starting line up that was sub par.

Did you see the recent interview with Golesh, the man is meticulous. They asked him about Deuce, he said I have watched every film of his at least five times including high school and was at a camp he attended in his freshman year.

If that is the detail by position he is looking at, he definitely knows what he wants and what he has at every slot.....and what he needs to go and get.

It was music to my ears. Drago actually sounds like a coach that is detail oriented.

Senda?
Ellis?

I don't have an On3 account anymore so I cant read the threads, but it looks like there is some random poster chatter about Minnesota RB Fame Ijeboi possibly being a transfer target. Could be worth watching.

A big, young back at 6'0 210 who had ~440 yards rushing as a redshirt freshman after injuries thrust him into the lineup. He apparently finished the season as Minnesota's top graded offensive player with at least 50 snaps on PFF (78.5). Minnesota fans were pretty high on this kid, with some comparing this situation to when Bucky Irving transferred from them to Oregon and became a star.

Ellis will start somewhere. I assume he’ll be guard if Lew is starting C. We definitely have 3 on the line, need 2 more

Yeah that blows. And golesh doesnt strike me as the type of guy that is gonna try to buy you back out of the portal.

Silver lining tho maybe he knows Cam's and Eric's intentions and wants to go be the guy somewhere else.

Malcolm was reported for abusing his girlfriend before the season. It wasn't a sure thing he would play this season. Charges were never pressed. If he enters the portal, I will now choose to believe he was super guilty.

I've decided, I'm going to choose to believe these guys don't want to do what it takes to be the best.

Don't get me wrong, I know we're going to lose players that I wish would stay, but, these fricking guys went 5-7 last year. Process their lame asses out of here and bring in some winners.

I really liked the effort he gave in a group that came off as lazy. I thought Cain was doing this the day or 2 after PT. He could regret this is Golesh gets his offense rolling.
