Usually the LT is important because they block the QBs blindside. With a left handed QB that switches to RT. Handoffs to the RB come from a different side, and the ball has a different spin for WRs.. None of those are major issues necessarily, but they do have to be considered because there's and adjustment.

Has Gabriel already been snagged? It’s probably a long shot because most teams looking for a qb would also want him.

How many teams are looking for a QB currently? Can’t think of a lot of the top programs looking for a transfer QB to come in and start. One person talked about Auburn taking Loy. Well, Auburn wasn’t looking for someone to come in and start. So of course we didn’t get a top transfer QB. Totally different situation if Nix transfers.

The kid has graduated Auburn. Got engaged. He's been a three year starter here. He's also looking at another offensive coordinator change. He's got a year left before going pro.
I could easily see him going somewhere else for a year. If it was me, I'd transfer out West for a year. I don't think that'd be reflective of the program at all.
