Cardwell played damn near perfect defense tonight.

It is one of the things I love about college basketball. You still have defensive stoppers even if they aren't very good on the offensive end. You ride with them anyway because the goal is to let the other team score as little as possible. Dylan Cardwell is the fricking man.

That BBP guy brought up him having “only” 6 points over on the rant. I countered that he has an outside shot for being POTG.

He was an immovable object on D tonight. So, so effective.

Yeah, that Bammer is an idiot.

"CaRdWeLl OnLy HaD 6 pOiNtS..."
That's just icing on the cake with his stellar defense.

Going into the game I was just hopeful he wouldn’t press offensively against a 4 time all defensive player. He didn’t, and he was great on the boards and very good defensively. Pretty simple. You’re not gonna get buckets against Kalkbrenner

How Bruce and crew used Broome without him getting the ball was a big part of the offensive game plan. They were able to drag the big man out of the post/lane and create space for our guards to work. That was successful time and time again. The staff played the matchups well, and it helped get the win.

As soon as they gassed and the 3s stopped falling, it was over.

I feel like a bad fan right now because I'm just now realizing Chris Moore didn't play. Oof

Can we hook an IV to the man BEFORE every game?

I thought Jakhi was going to get the block.

I trust CBP is bringing him along.

Playing Duke is literally 8 on 5. Current breakdown of the Baylor game:

Fouls:
Duke - 6
Baylor - 12

FTs:
Duke - 19
Baylor - 2

We saw it firsthand in December against them. The FT attempt was something like 27-12 in Duke's favor.

used Broome

Watching the Turds, I wish Broome had a sweet stroke 3 as their “Ron Jeremy stash looking, creepy Uncle vibing” Nelson does.

I wonder if his injury has impacted his 3pt shooting and FT lately. I feel like I thought he improved both this year before he got hurt.

Broome has been shooting the ball flat for about a month now. Like he’s trying to aim it instead of just trusting the shot

Y’all my wife is a Rebel Black Bear Landshark. I’m getting a little nervous about an Elite 8 matchup that my household might not be able to handle.

Hopefully isu and msu both go down tonight. Makes our road way easier.

I’d personally rather play ISU without Gilbert than I would play Ole Miss a 4th time
